FAQs for the Young Alumni Reunion

  1. Q. Where do I register and get my tickets for reunion events?
    A. All of the reunion events have controlled admittance. Therefore, when you arrive for the reunion, just go to any of the planned reunion events and a check-in/registration table will be at each location.
  2. Q. Where do I get the football tickets I paid for?
    A. We will have a Young Alumni table at the Alumni Day tent. You can pick up your ticket there, as long as you are registered for at least one other Alumni Association Young Alumni Reunion event.
  3. Q. Do I need to make a reservation in advance?
    A. Yes! To assist the reunion staff with planning for the general reunion activities and class events we are requesting your reservation be made in advance. This will ensure that you are on the "Who's coming" list, that we have accurate information about the events you will participate in and that we'll have enough food and beverages. Due to occupancy levels and previously submitted food/drink requests only a limited number of add-ons will be permitted. To ensure you will be admitted to an event, register early!
  4. Q. What should I do if I want to add an event once I get to campus?
    A. If you have already registered for any other reunion event, you can add an additionional event once you get to the reunion.   5. Q. Will I receive a confirmation of my reservation?
    A. Upon the submission of your online reservation, the system will immediately e-mail you a confirmation document. Please review it, and should you see any changes that need to be made contact Nancy Merritt at (610) 758-5799 or e-mail yar@lehigh.edu.
  6. Q. Where do I park?
    A. See "Parking " in the General Information section of this Web site.

  7. Q. What should I do if I need to change or cancel my reservation?
    A. To change or to cancel contact the Alumni Office at (610) 758-5799 and ask for Nancy Merritt. Refunds for cancellations will not be issued after September 26, 2008.

  8. Q. How can I find out if a classmate(s) has made a reservation?
    A. Go to the home page of this Web site and click on the "Who's Coming " list.
